• All units are non smoking
• Weekend and Holiday Rates May Change Without Notice
• Add $6.00 for Extra Persons.
• First Two Children 12 and Under are Free, $5.00 for each additional Child.
• A reservation deposit is required of one nights rental.
• All rates are based on a 2 person stay.
Cancellation Policy
Please understand that there has to be a deposit to insure you have booked the room and that we will not release this room to anybody else. If you have to cancel we do sympathize with what ever the situation may be, but we must maintain a business policy and enforce the cancellation penalty.
Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival and no shows will forfeit 1 night rental deposit plus tax. If you cancel prior to the 14 days, a $20.00 service charge will be issued. A 1 night deposit plus tax is required for motel reservation. There are no refunds for early check out.
Please understand that we only allow 1 car per room only. No campers, trailers, or boats.

Warning- We rent to families and responsible adults only. We do not rent to house parties and/or groups including but not limited to fraternity ,high school graduation, spring breakers, or other non family groups to be determined at the sole discretion of Edgewater Inn. Any violation will result in termination without refund.
At the sole discretion of management the Edgewater Inn reserves the right to terminate a guest's stay for any reason
